- 5+ years of B2B outside sales experience, preferably in physical security integration or low-voltage systems.
- Proven track record of new business development and new-logo acquisition.
- Experience selling project-based solutions with multi stakeholder buying processes.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently in a field-based role.
- Must be able to pass pre-employment screenings.
What We Would Love To See
- Experience selling access control, video surveillance, and enterprise security platforms (e.g., Avigilon, Genetec, LenelS2, Axis, etc.)
- Experience with public sector, K-12, higher education, healthcare, or enterprise customers.
- Familiarity with RFPs, bids, and formal procurement processes.
- Existing relationships within the assigned territory.
