About the Role:

Blazewell Events is looking for a highly driven and commercially focused Key Account Manager – Business Development to lead revenue generation, client acquisition, and strategic account growth across multiple verticals.

This role is ideal for professionals with strong industry networks and experience in selling integrated marketing solutions across experiential marketing, influencer marketing, brand strategy, PR marketing, and events.

This is primarily a sales-focused leadership role with the following functional split:

  • 50% – New Business Development
  • 30% – Client Servicing & Relationship Management
  • 20% – Operations Coordination & Project Oversight

New Business Development (50%) :

  • Identify, pursue, and convert new business opportunities across brands, agencies, and corporate clients
  • Develop strategic sales pipelines and drive consistent revenue generation
  • Lead end-to-end sales cycles including prospecting, pitching, proposal development, negotiation, and closure.
  • Build relationships with key decision-makers, marketing heads, and brand teams
  • Generate business through networking, referrals, industry connects, and outbound outreach
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets


Client Servicing & Account Management (30%):

  • Manage and grow existing client accounts through strategic relationship management
  • Understand client objectives and propose integrated marketing and experiential solutions
  • Lead client meetings, presentations, campaign discussions, and review calls
  • Ensure high levels of client satisfaction, retention, and repeat business
  • Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts


Operation & Execution Coordination (20%):

  • Coordinate with internal creative, production, influencer, and operations teams for smooth execution Monitor project timelines, deliverables, and quality standards
  • Ensure campaigns and events are executed as per client expectations and brand guidelines
  • Support budgeting, vendor coordination, and execution planning when required


Desired Candidate Profile :

  • 4–8 years of experience in Business Development, Client Servicing, Account Management, or Sales within experiential marketing, events, PR, influencer marketing, or advertising agencies
  • Proven track record in revenue generation and client acquisition
  • Strong network within corporate brands, agencies, and marketing ecosystems
  • Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to independently manage pitches, closures, and strategic client relationships
  • Strong understanding of brand activations, experiential campaigns, influencer collaborations, and integrated marketing solutions
  • Commercially driven, target-oriented, and solution-focused mindset
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, presentations, and proposal creation
