We specialize in high-quality inventory across verticals including Fintech, Gaming, E-commerce, Lifestyle, and Utilities.

We are expanding our team and looking for a Publisher Account Manager / Mobile Delivery Manager who can bring proven publisher network relationships, manage mobile campaign delivery, and drive revenue growth.



Key Responsibilities


Publisher Account Management

• Identify, onboard, and manage relationships with mobile publishers, affiliate networks, and media sources.

• Leverage existing publisher relationships to quickly activate campaigns and secure premium inventory.

• Negotiate commercial terms, ensure inventory quality, and maintain profitable long-term partnerships.



Campaign Delivery & Optimization

• Launch, monitor, and optimize mobile CPI/CPA/CPR campaigns across multiple publishers and ad networks.

• Work with attribution tools (AppsFlyer, Adjust, Singular, Branch) to track campaign performance and troubleshoot discrepancies

• Optimize targeting, creatives, and delivery pacing to maximize ROl for advertisers.

• Proactively resolve tracking, billing, and delivery issues to ensure smooth campaign execution.



Reporting & Analysis

• Track daily performance metrics and provide actionable insights to improve results.

• Prepare performance reports for internal stakeholders and advertisers.

• Identify opportunities for scaling campaigns and increasing revenue.



Requirements

Experience: 6-12 Months in mobile advertising, affiliate marketing, or ad network account management.

Mandatory: Existing and active relationships with publisher networks in mobile advertising (CPI/CPA).

Knowledge: Strong understanding of CPI/CPA/CPR campaigns, mobile attribution platforms, and digital advertising metrics.



Skills:

• Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills.

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make decisions.

• High attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities.

• Comfortable working with Excel/Google Sheets, reporting tools, and tracking dashboards.
