We're looking for a driven School Account Manager to grow our presence on the ground — building relationships with schools, enrolling students into our programs, and converting trial users into long-term subscribers.

Responsibilities

  • Drive brand awareness through school visits, events, and community outreach in Delhi NCR
  • Enroll students in free trial programs and manage end-to-end conversion to paid subscribers
  • Own follow-ups, renewals, and long-term engagement with students and parents
  • Maintain accurate records of pipeline and activity

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in EdTech, B2C, or field sales
  • Strong communication skills in English
  • Comfortable with field work — school visits, outdoor events, community interactions
  • Must own a 2-wheeler for travel

Compensation & schedule

  • CTC: ₹10 LPA (₹8L fixed + ₹2L variable) + travel allowance
  • Monday to Saturday, 11 AM – 8 PM · Sunday off
