Key Responsibilities


  • Proactive Renewal Management: Own the renewal portfolio, initiating the process well in advance to ensure on-time closure.
  • Negotiation & Closing: Negotiate terms and conditions directly with client procurement teams and decision-makers.
  • Revenue Growth: Identify up-sell and cross-sell opportunities to expand existing customer contracts.
  • Risk Management: Identify "at-risk" accounts and develop strategies to address client objections and reduce churn.
  • Forecasting & Reporting: Maintain accurate forecasting in CRMs (e.g., Salesforce) and provide reports on renewal health.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Customer Success, Sales, Legal, and Finance teams to finalize proposals.


Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Experience: 2–5+ years of experience in renewals, account management, or customer success
  • Negotiation Skills: Proven ability to negotiate contracts and manage complex commercial discussions.
  • Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for client-facing interaction.
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze customer data, usage metrics, and ROI to justify renewals.
