Senior Full-Stack Engineer (NodeJS/Typescript)

Our client, a leading German software product company that recently reached unicorn status, is expanding their engineering team in Madrid. They’re building a leading AI cloud enterprise platform and are looking for Senior and Lead Node.js / TypeScript Engineers. You’d be working on a highly scalable, enterprise-grade product used by international clients in business-critical environments.

Key highlights:

• Backend-focused role (Node.js, TypeScript, APIs, scalable systems)
• Strong engineering culture (architecture, clean code, CI/CD, best practices)
• Agile product teams (5–7 engineers) with real ownership
• Lead roles include mentoring and technical direction

Package:

• Up to €120K–€140K base salary
• Hybrid role based in Madrid
• VIP relocation package if you're not currently in Madrid
• Strong growth path (Staff, Lead, Manager)
• Modern tech stack + high-impact product environment

A must-have background:

• You come from a product company, preferably B2B SaaS
• 5+ years of experience with Node.js, TypeScript, and React
• Comfortable with an 80/20 backend/frontend split
