Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Technical Sales Account Manager, based in Chicago, IL with flexibility for some remote work while also including some travel. The role involves managing and growing client accounts by developing strong relationships with customers and ensuring their technical needs are met. Responsibilities include identifying sales opportunities, presenting technical solutions, negotiating contracts, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. The role requires regular collaboration with internal teams and travel to client sites as needed.
Qualifications
- Sales and Business Development skills, including account management, relationship building, and strategic sales planning
- Technical Knowledge and Skills, including understanding of circuit board technologies and solutions
- Communication and Presentation skills, including effective verbal and written communication, and the ability to deliver compelling presentations
- Problem-Solving and Analytical skills to understand and address customer challenges and create tailored solutions
- Experience in the electronics industry or related technical fields is preferred
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
- A proactive mindset, ability to work independently, and willingness to travel as required
