$110-160K base (DOE) + uncapped commission + equity
Our client is a Series B healthcare AI company with a hardware and AI powered intelligence platform for skilled nursing and assisted living facilities. They've built a strong client base with no dedicated sales team and are ready to hire a Founding AE to advance sales on a $150M+ qualified pipeline.
This is a field-based role that requires 50% travel nationwide, but candidates must be based in LA for team collaboration in-office.
What you'll do:
- Own a territory and manage the full sales cycle from first meeting through close
- Meet prospects in person, tour facilities, and run hands-on product demos on-site
- Travel 50%+ of the time to meet prospects and build relationships in person
- Sell into multi-location chains (5-10 facilities) with long-term expansion potential for additional locations
What you have:
- 5+ years in a field-based sales role selling technology or software into physical location/brick-and-mortar businesses
- Strong demo skills and comfort selling complex deals to multiple stakeholders
- Field sales background - you're a road warrior and energized by travel
- You're self-directed and you've sold in environments where you had to be scrappy and figure it out
Compensation:
- $110-160K base
