POSITION OVERVIEW

The Account Executive is responsible for effectively managing and prospecting a large geographic territory in pursuit of new customers and revenue growth. This is a true hunting role with additional incentives in place for managing and retaining existing customers. The position offers uncapped commission potential for over achievement of quota and YOY revenue growth.

IDEAL CANDIDATE EXPERIENCE

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of sales experience in the healthcare industry calling on hospitals. They will have a proven track record of success navigating complex sales through the hospital enterprise decision process in the geographic territory. Additionally they will possess excellent communication, time management and organizational skills. It is also imperative that they have proven prospecting experience, strong territory management skills and a history of exceeding quota.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Must have 3 years of sales experience selling contracts, medical equipment, devices or services into hospitals in the geographic territory to be considered for the position. The position also requires a proven background in new business development activities. Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field is strongly preferred.
