What you’ll actually be doing:

You’ll own the full sales cycle.

  • Hunting outbound opportunities
  • Closing inbound demand
  • Running deals from single-call wins to multi-month, multi-stakeholder processes
  • Managing high-volume activity while maintaining sharp execution

This is not a “wait for leads and follow a script” role.

You’re expected to think, act, adapt, and move.

Good reps hit target.

Great reps treat target as the starting line.

The top 10% here:

  • Take full ownership of their results - no excuses, no deflection
  • Move fast and learn faster - action first, refinement second
  • Constantly look for the extra 1% and share it with the team
  • Actively seek feedback, coaching, and improvement
  • Use AI and tools aggressively to multiply their output
  • Bring energy - consistently

This is a place for people who do the thing.


What will test you:

  • The pace - we move quickly, and things change often
  • The expectation to take ownership from day one
  • Getting hands-on with the product immediately
  • Managing both activity (KBIs) and outcomes (KPIs) at a high level
  • Staying mentally sharp when things don’t go your way
