Key Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management
- Serve as the main point of contact for a portfolio of commercial clients.
- Build strong, long-term client relationships through regular communication and site visits.
- Understand each client’s expectations and landscape goals to tailor service solutions.
- Proactively resolve service concerns and escalate issues when necessary.
- Coordinate and monitor landscape maintenance and enhancement work to ensure high-quality results.
- Work closely with crew supervisors and field teams to schedule and deliver services on time and within budget.
- Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with contract specifications and safety standards.
- Identify upsell opportunities and propose enhancement work to clients.
- Manage contract renewals, pricing updates, and proposal submissions.
- Monitor project budgets and ensure profitability for assigned accounts.
- Review and approve job costing, work orders, and time reporting.
- Collaborate with sales teams to onboard new clients and ensure a smooth transition from sale to service.
- Assist in preparing bids and proposals for new contracts or enhancements.
- Identify and pursue additional revenue opportunities within existing accounts.
- 3+ years of experience in commercial landscaping or related industry (e.g., facilities or property management).
- Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
- Solid understanding of landscape maintenance practices, horticulture, and irrigation.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and landscape CRM/ERP software (e.g., Aspire, LMN, or similar).
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
- Degree or certification in Landscape Management, Horticulture, or Business.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.

- $65,000 – $85,000 annual salary
