Rain is looking for an experienced, high-energy sales professional who understands Enterprise Sales and how to sell executives cost-savings or business performance solutions.

What You’ll Do

  • Develop and support Rain’s sales pipeline to support ambitious growth plans for financial technology solutions for employees
  • Create and grow prospects via lead qualification
  • Maintain broad market and competitor knowledge to ensure credibility with prospects
  • Engage sales development representative team to drive progress in their pipelines
  • Build relationships with customers and account teams up to the C - Level to present product information, solution propositions, account review and support for the ordering process
  • Actively showcase and promote Rain’s commitment to financial technology solutions and close partnerships with industry leaders, including SHRM, APA and others

Who You Are

  • 3+ years of experience with technology or solution sales including selling Human Capital Management and Earned Wage Access
  • Exceptional strategic planning and business development skills; must own and contribute at every stage of the sales lifecycle
  • A Bachelor’s degree in business or equivalent combination of education and work experience
  • Ability to promote complex technology solutions and project manage them
  • A high level of demonstrated customer interface along with exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong sales, presentation, negotiation and organizational skills

Compensation

$140,000 - $160,000 Base | $350,000 - $375,000 OTE. Note this is a range and we take in a variety of factors when determining total compensation for the position.
