Key Account Manager with French

We are currently looking for a Key Account Manager to help the current expansion of Naturitas including France, to join our team and play a key role in driving sales growth and profitability by building strong supplier partnerships and indentifying new brand opportunities.

¿What would you do on a daily basis?

• Develop and manage relationships with new and existing suppliers
• Introduce and assess new catalog products
• Analyze sales performance and margins to drive growth
• Manage pricing and monitor the market
• Negotiate commercial terms with suppliers
• Activate on-site promotions and visibility opportunities to capture brand investment
• Launch targeted CRM campaigns
• Propose improvements to SEM strategy, CRM/social media copy, and product listings
• Optimize stock policies based on sales forecasts and ensure healthy stock levels
• Maintained regular contact with suppliers and Buying catalogue of products

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Advanced knowledge of data analysis tools and consumer trend analysis.
• Advanced Excel skills
• You are a native French speaker with fluent English, and any additional language such as Spanish is a plus

• At least 3 years of experience in category management within the relevant sector, particularly in eCommerce and the natural products industry.
• Strong teamwork skills, along with proactivity, energy, and a collaborative mindset.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills, with proven experience in both oral and written interactions with suppliers and operations teams.
• Experience in developing category strategies and optimizing product assortment.
• Willingness to travel to trade fairs and industry events.
• Highly commercial profile, focused on identifying, sourcing, and developing new brands in their countries of origin.
