About the RoleTVEyes is seeking a driven and customer-focused Account Executive to own the full sales cycle and help expand our customer base across key industries including media, communications, public relations, corporate affairs, and government.
This role is ideal for someone who excels at solution selling, building relationships with senior stakeholders, and navigating complex B2B sales processes. You’ll work closely with SDRs, Marketing, Customer Success, and Product teams to deliver a seamless buyer experience and drive revenue growth.
The ideal candidate is proactive, curious, tech-savvy, and energized by helping organizations solve real business challenges through media intelligence and AI-powered insights.
- Prospect, qualify, manage, and close new business opportunities
- Conduct discovery calls to uncover customer pain points, business objectives, and buying criteria
- Deliver compelling product demonstrations tailored to customer needs
- Manage complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders and decision-makers
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms to close business effectively
- Maintain a healthy and accurate sales pipeline within HubSpot
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets
- Forecast pipeline activity and revenue with accuracy
- Prioritize high-value opportunities and maintain disciplined follow-up
- Position TVEyes as a strategic partner for media intelligence and communications workflows
- Develop trusted relationships with communications leaders, PR teams, agencies, and enterprise buyers
- Create customized proposals and solution recommendations aligned to customer goals
- Understand competitive positioning and articulate TVEyes’ unique value proposition
- Partner with SDRs on account strategy and lead conversion
- Collaborate with Marketing on campaigns, events, and outbound initiatives
- Work closely with Customer Success to support onboarding, adoption, retention, and expansion opportunities
- Provide customer feedback to Product and Leadership teams to influence roadmap priorities
- Keep up with trends in SaaS, media monitoring, AI-powered analytics, PR tech, and communications intelligence
- Understand evolving customer challenges and emerging market opportunities
- Continuously improve sales skills, product knowledge, and technical fluency
- 3+ years of experience in B2B SaaS, technology, or media-related sales
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quota in a closing role
- Experience managing full-cycle sales processes from prospecting to close
- Experience selling into mid-market and/or enterprise organizations preferred
- Strong consultative and value-based selling skills
- Excellent communication, presentation, and storytelling abilities
- Confidence engaging with executives and senior decision-makers
- Ability to navigate complex buying cycles and multi-threaded deals
- Strong organizational and pipeline management skills
- Experience using CRM and sales engagement platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Gong, Outreach, or similar tools
- Self-starter with strong ownership mentality
