Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Enterprise Account Executive based in Milano. The Enterprise Account Executive will focus on driving revenue growth by identifying, qualifying, and acquiring new business opportunities. The individual will be responsible for managing and expanding relationships with existing accounts, performing lead-generation activities, and providing consultative solutions to prospective clients. Collaborating with internal teams, the Executive will develop tailored approaches to meet customer needs while achieving sales targets.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Software Sales, Sales, and Consultative Selling strategies
- Proficiency in Lead Generation and identifying new business opportunities
- Strong skills in Account Management, including building and maintaining client relationships
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets and revenue-growth objectives
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
- Strategic mindset with the ability to develop customized business solutions
- Experience in the technology or database industry is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
