As an Account Executive for the SEEMEA region, you are the engine behind Docebo's rapid expansion, turning high-quality inbound leads into thriving partnerships. You will master the art of the buyer journey, navigating technical landscapes and complex business needs to show the world's most innovative companies why Docebo is the future of learning. 🛠️ The Day-to-Day
- Drive the Revenue Engine: Qualify and close new business opportunities with precision, directly fueling Docebo’s ambitious growth across the SEEMEA market.
- Master the Buyer Journey: Deeply understand the prospect's needs and business drivers to articulate the Docebo value proposition with impact and clarity.
- Navigate Technical Frontiers: Confidently guide prospects through technical scenarios, including SSO, APIs, and AWS cloud hosting, making the complex feel simple.
- Collaborate for Success: Partner closely with Sales Development and Marketing teams to refine lead qualification and provide vital feedback on lead quality.
- Architect Relationships: Develop robust, trust-based relationships with key clients, ensuring they are primed for revenue-generating expansion as new features hit the market.
- Win with Data: Manage every aspect of your pipeline within the CRM, using data-driven insights to make informed decisions and maintain total transparency.
- Execute with Agility: Thrive in a fast-paced environment where you can pivot between short-term sales sprints and long-term strategic vision.
- SaaS Sales Specialist: You bring at least 7 years of experience in the SaaS industry in a similar revenue-focused role.
- Multilingual Communicator: You are fluent in English and Italian (Spanish is a major plus!), allowing you to dominate the SEEMEA landscape.
- Technical Fluency: You aren’t afraid of a technical deep dive and can speak comfortably about integrations, security, and cloud infrastructure.
- Hunger to Win: You have a competitive edge and an innate drive to not just meet, but consistently exceed, your revenue targets and goals.
- Trusted Advisor: You are recognized as a true team player internally and a consultative business partner who can influence everyone from line managers to C-suite executives.
- Data-Driven Decision Maker: You leverage advanced internet research and value-added databases to inform your sales strategy and stay ahead of the curve.
