- 8+ years of professional experience in fullstack development
- Strong experience in maintaining and evolving products written in Python, Java / Spring Boot
- Experience in migrating legacy products to a different tech stack
- Strong focus on architecture, system design, and quality
- Experience with Agile environment
- Experience with testing and test runners
