Job Title Full Stack Engineer (AI-Assisted Development) – Logistics SaaS

Location Remote

Time Zone US Time Zones

Role Overview We are looking for a Full Stack Engineer with a strong foothold in logistics and trucking software to join a dedicated SaaS product team. This role is built for an engineer who thinks in products, not just code — someone who can harness AI tools like Claude to move fast, solve real problems, and build features that make sense for the industry. This is a full-time, offshore placement requiring genuine overlap with US Pacific hours.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and iterate on full stack features using Node.js and JavaScript across the entire product

  • Use AI-assisted coding tools effectively — prompting, reviewing, and refining AI-generated output rather than relying solely on manual coding

  • Translate product requirements and logistics workflows into well-structured, maintainable solutions

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ship features that align with real operational needs

  • Support QA, documentation, and deployment as part of a collaborative development cycle

  • Proactively surface technical risks and contribute to product improvement discussions

Required Qualifications

  • Solid full stack experience in Node.js and JavaScript (front and back end)

  • Industry experience in logistics or trucking software is non-negotiable

  • Hands-on experience using AI coding assistants (Claude preferred) to generate, prompt, and refine code

  • SaaS product background with an understanding of product lifecycle and user-facing development

  • Deep product comprehension — able to understand the "why" behind features, not just the technical execution

  • Must have prior remote work experience, be fluent with remote collaboration tools and platforms (such as Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, Asana, or similar), and have ideally worked with US or UK-based companies. Applications without this experience will not be considered.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with logistics platforms covering areas such as dispatch, fleet, freight, or driver management

  • Familiarity with scalable SaaS architecture patterns

  • Exposure to product-led teams where engineers contribute directly to roadmap and feature decisions

Tools & Technology

  • Node.js & JavaScript

  • Claude (AI-assisted coding)

  • Google Workspace

  • Slack, Zoom, and other remote collaboration tools

Please NOTE It is crucial that you complete the application form in full. As part of the application process, you will be required to record a video. If your application is successful, you will receive an email confirming next steps—the video is the first step of the interview process. If you do not record a video, we will not be able to consider you for ANY open roles.

We connect top talent with vetted employers, competitive pay, and real growth opportunities.
