Requirements
- 7+ years of professional software development in object-oriented languages
- Deep Java expertise required, Go is secondary, C#/.NET backgrounds are not a fit
- Proven technical leadership of teams larger than 4 on architecture and system design
- Expert-level depth in at least one domain: API design, payments processing, or blockchain/Web3
- Deep experience with production-grade distributed systems, Kubernetes or ECS/EKS, RESTful API design, and cloud infrastructure
- Familiarity with Web3, smart contract business logic, and blockchain protocols
- SQL database design and schema experience
- CS degree or equivalent
