Location: Westport, CT (Hybrid)

The Role: Our client is hiring a Contract Administrator to support the contracts function across its solar portfolio. The position sits between the investment, engineering, construction, and asset management teams, owning day-to-day execution, tracking, and documentation of supply and construction-related agreements as the platform scales.

This is a build role. The firm uses Procore on the construction side and SharePoint for document storage, but does not currently operate a dedicated contract management system. The right person will help design and stand up that process.

Key Responsibilities And Competencies

  • Contract Administration and Management
    • Manage the execution and lifecycle tracking of contracts across project companies, including but limited to:
    • EPC agreements
    • O&M agreements
    • Equipment Supply Agreements
    • Consultant Agreements
    • Construction-Related Service Agreements
    • Utility Agreements
    • Landowner Agreements
  • Contract Documentation & Data Management
    • Prepare applicable internal agreements across the asset portfolio, including asset management and O&M agreements. Maintain and update data rooms, including organizing and uploading construction and related contract documentation for financings, and acquisition/disposition transactions
  • Systems & Process Management
  • Change Order Administration
  • Claims & Dispute Management
What We’re Looking For

  • 3–5 years of contract administration experience, ideally at a solar developer, IPP, or renewables-focused asset manager, with some flexibility for strong adjacent backgrounds
  • Working familiarity with EPC, O&M, equipment supply, and construction services agreements
  • Exposure to ITC and safe harbor documentation requirements is a plus
  • Strong Excel and Office 365 skills; Procore experience valued; SharePoint comfort expected
  • Self-directed and organized; comfortable owning processes that don’t yet exist
  • Clear written communication and a high bar for accuracy

Compensation range: $85,000 – $115,000, depending on experience
