Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role as an Account Executive at our office in Manila. The Account Executive will be responsible for managing client accounts, identifying business opportunities, maintaining and building customer relationships, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality logistics solutions. Daily tasks include communicating with clients, preparing proposals, negotiating terms, coordinating logistics operations, and collaborating with internal teams to optimize client satisfaction and fulfill business objectives.

Qualifications

- Strong sales and negotiation skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

- In-depth understanding of freight forwarding, shipping and logistics operations is a plus.

- Proficiency in preparing quotations, rate sheets, and client presentations.

- Strategic thinking and market analysis capability.

- Ability to meet sales targets and manage multiple accounts efficiently.

- Collaborative mindset and coordination skills across departments.

- Proactive, goal-driven, and customer-oriented attitude.

- Aggressive to conduct fieldwork and client visits as regularly.
