Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in the Los Angeles Metropolitan Area for a Wholesale Account Manager. The Wholesale Account Manager will oversee client accounts to ensure satisfaction, develop and maintain strong relationships with wholesale partners, and identify new sales opportunities. Daily responsibilities include supporting customer inquiries, managing order processes, negotiating terms, and aligning the company's wholesale strategies with customer needs. The role also involves monitoring market trends and collaborating with internal teams to achieve sales goals.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Account Management and Wholesale operations
- Experience with Customer Service and effective Communication
- Proven ability in Sales and relationship building
- Analytical abilities to identify and act on sales opportunities
- Ability to thrive in on-site, team-oriented environments
- Prior experience in wholesale, distribution, or a related field is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
