Sales Position Overview

This is a direct client-facing role, which is a combination of inbound and outbound sales, with a strong emphasis on relationship-building and consultative sales. You’ll work closely with private clients, corporate teams, and industry channel partners to connect them with exclusive opportunities, from sold-out concerts and sporting events to bespoke, one-of-a-kind experiences.


To excel in this role, you need to be a dynamic and creative strategist with a powerful drive to succeed. The ideal candidate possesses the poise and business acumen to act as a trusted advisor to CEOs, founders, and discerning private clients. An existing network or a natural fluency in the world of ultra-high-net-worth individuals is a significant asset that will accelerate your success. A deep knowledge of the entertainment, sports, and cultural events landscape is also a significant asset.


Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect and generate new relationships with channel partners, private clients, and b2b clients
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for new and existing clients
  • Guide clients through curated experience options and event access opportunities
  • Manage pipelines and client activity through HubSpot CRM
  • Develop a strong understanding of our offerings and how they align with client needs
  • Work collaboratively with internal team members to ensure seamless execution


Qualifications

  • 1 - 2 years minimum of experience in a client facing sales-driven role is preferred
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in managing complex sales cycles for premium services within key corporate verticals, including finance, law, real estate, technology, and pharmaceuticals.
  • Experience with luxury entertainment, managing UHNW clients, is a plus
  • Familiarity with entertainment, luxury lifestyle, or event-related industries is a bonus
  • Strong follow-through and ability to manage multiple client needs simultaneously
