Job OverviewWe are looking for an experienced and customer-focused Account Lifecycle Manager to support customer retention, renewals, and client success initiatives. The ideal candidate has a strong background in SaaS customer success, retention strategies, and inside sales.
Qualifications
- Must be a college graduate
- Must have at least 2 years of relevant experience in:
- Renewals
- Retention
- Inside Sales
- Customer Success
- Experience with:
- SaaS business models
- Customer Success principles
- CS platforms/tools
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Willing to work onsite and on shifting schedules
- Can start ASAP
- Manage customer accounts and client relationships
- Support renewals and retention programs
- Address customer concerns and ensure customer satisfaction
- Coordinate with internal teams for account management
- Identify opportunities for customer growth and retention
- Maintain accurate account and customer records
