Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused Account Lifecycle Manager to support customer retention, renewals, and client success initiatives. The ideal candidate has a strong background in SaaS customer success, retention strategies, and inside sales.

Qualifications

  • Must be a college graduate
  • Must have at least 2 years of relevant experience in:
  • Renewals
  • Retention
  • Inside Sales
  • Customer Success
  • Experience with:
  • SaaS business models
  • Customer Success principles
  • CS platforms/tools
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Willing to work onsite and on shifting schedules
  • Can start ASAP

Responsibilities

  • Manage customer accounts and client relationships
  • Support renewals and retention programs
  • Address customer concerns and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Coordinate with internal teams for account management
  • Identify opportunities for customer growth and retention
  • Maintain accurate account and customer records
