YOUR ROLE
You will be responsible for managing and growing key Tier 1 automotive customer accounts by building strong, long-term partnerships. Acting as the main point of contact, you will identify customer needs and deliver tailored commercial solutions. You will drive sales growth, opportunity pursuit, and contract negotiation. Collaborating closely with internal teams, you will ensure customer satisfaction and alignment with business objectives. You will also monitor performance, analyze market trends, and provide insights to support continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key Tier 1 accounts in the automotive industry.
- Understand client needs and objectives, and propose tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries
- Coordinating business pursuits with key customers and internal functional teams
- Forecast sales volumes, monitor performance against targets, and report on sales activities and outcomes.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, terms, and conditions with clients to ensure favorable outcomes for both parties.
- Ensure contracts are executed accurately and in compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, competitive activities, and opportunities for growth.
- Stay updated on industry developments, regulations, and technological advancements that may impact client accounts.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and operations, to align sales strategies with company objectives.
- Provide input to product development teams based on client feedback and market insights.
- Prepare regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and account performance for management review.
- Analyze sales data to identify strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats (SWOT) and recommend corrective actions as needed.
- Strong interest in sales, account management, and the automotive industry.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with customers and internal teams.
- Proactive, customer‑focused attitude with strong organizational skills and eagerness to grow in a commercial role.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent education).
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken, to effectively communicate with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Additional languages are considered a plus.
