Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary contact for distinct premium segment car manufacturers, managing all commercial and strategic activities.
- Lead customer negotiations, including pricing, contracts, and business agreements, ensuring competitiveness and profitability.
- Develop and implement account strategies to expand business opportunities and reinforce long-term partnerships within dedicated customer group.
- Monitor market dynamics, competitor activities, and customer trends to identify risks and opportunities.
- Ensure smooth coordination with internal functions (engineering, operations, program management, quality, finance) to meet customer requirements.
- Prepare and deliver regular account reviews, forecasts, and performance reports to the Customer Group Director North Europe
- Promote initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction and strengthen Tenneco’s positioning as a strategic partner.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field.
- At least 5–7 years of experience in Key Account Management or Sales, ideally in the automotive sector.
- Solid knowledge of OEM automotive customer structures and processes.
- Strong negotiation, communication, financial and relationship management skills.
- Experience in coordinating cross-functional teams and managing complex projects.
- Fluency in English is mandatory; German is a strong advantage.
- Based in Bad Camberg or Glinde (near Hamburg) with willingness to travel across Europe.
