Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior GoLang Developer to help lead the design, architecture, and scalability of modern cloud-native applications within a fast-growing technology environment.

This role is ideal for a hands-on technical leader passionate about building high-performing systems, mentoring engineering teams, and driving best practices across the software development lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

Technical Leadership

• Lead architecture and system design decisions for cloud-native applications
• Mentor engineers and elevate development standards across the team
• Drive engineering best practices, code quality, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Help scale platform performance, reliability, and system uptime

Software Development

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable distributed systems and APIs
• Collaborate with engineering teams to build new solutions and modernize existing platforms
• Support both front-end and back-end development efforts
• Contribute to automated testing, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment strategies

Cloud & Architecture

• Build and support cloud-native microservices architectures
• Work within modern distributed systems utilizing:
• API-first design
• Domain-Driven Design (DDD)
• Event-driven architecture
• Loosely coupled systems
• Participate in technical planning and technical debt management initiatives

Technology Environment

• GoLang
• ReactJS
• NodeJS
• GraphQL / gRPC
• Docker
• Cosmos DB / PostgreSQL
• Azure Cloud

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of full software development lifecycle experience
• 3+ years operating at a Senior developer level or higher
• Strong expertise in:
• Cloud-native architecture
• Microservices
• API-first design
• SOLID principles and clean architecture
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated release processes
• Strong understanding of scalable distributed systems

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with GoLang, GraphQL, gRPC, and NoSQL technologies
• Experience leading technical initiatives and mentoring engineering teams
• Strong background in domain-driven design and event-driven systems
• Passion for continuous improvement, clean code, and software quality
