What You'll Do
Strategic Portfolio Growth & Management
- Take ownership of an established THG portfolio, identifying untapped opportunities to scale our footprint in AI, data modernization, and guest-experience software.
- Own the P&L for your accounts, ensuring high Net Revenue Retention (NRR) and proactively managing client health.
- Build deep, "peer-level" relationships with CTOs, CMOs, and VPs of Loyalty/Digital Experience.
- Utilize your "rolodex" within the Vegas strip, Orlando parks, or global travel hubs to secure new enterprise partnerships.
- Navigate complex organizational politics to turn warm introductions into $1M+ initial engagements.
- Collaborate with our engineering teams to draft custom SOWs that solve industry-specific pain points (e.g., dynamic pricing, loyalty engines, or frictionless guest journeys).
- Lead high-stakes QBRs and steering committees, using data-driven insights to prove ROI and justify increased investment.
- Represent the company at major industry events (e.g., G2E, HITEC) to build a high-fidelity pipeline and stay ahead of THG macro-trends.
- Periodic travel (25–30%) for on-site client workshops and industry summits.
- 10+ years of experience in digital services or software consulting, with a significant portion dedicated to Travel, Hospitality, or Gaming.
- You have an active network in Las Vegas or Orlando and a reputation for delivering high-value digital transformations.
- You understand the levers of profitability and contract structure. You can challenge a CTO’s roadmap with data-backed, strategic alternatives.
- A proven track record of managing $15M–$25M+ books of business and closing new enterprise logos with $1M+ initial entry points.
- Portfolio Growth: Percentage increase in year-over-year revenue from existing accounts.
- New Logo Count: Number of new THG enterprise accounts opened within the first 12 months.
- Pipeline Velocity: Efficiency in moving conversations from "initial interest" to "signed SOW."
- Base Salary Range: $150K–$250K (actual starting pay is determined by a number of factors, including relevant skills, qualifications, experience, and location).
