Regional Account Executive
Indexed description
We’re a venture-backed team of engineers, public safety professionals, and veterans working closely with law enforcement customers across the country. Our mission is to give the people who keep us safe the tools they actually need.
The Role
We’re looking for high-impact Regional Account Executives to fuel the next stage of growth at Multitude Insights. This is not a typical AE seat - you’ll be the face of the company in police departments, sheriff’s offices, and investigative units across the country. You’ll own full-cycle sales from prospecting to close, build trusted relationships with law enforcement leaders, and help shape the future of intelligence-sharing technology.
As an early sales hire, you’ll refine our sales playbook, influence pricing and strategy, and work hand-in-hand with leadership to build the sales machine from the ground up. This role is ideal for a senior seller who thrives in early-stage environments, loves being on the road, and is energized by mission-driven work.
Responsibilities
- Own the entire sales process - from prospecting and discovery to demo, proposal, negotiation, and close.
- Build and manage your own pipeline; this role requires proactive outbound motion and networking.
- Travel up to 60% to meet with agencies, attend conferences, deliver demos, and deepen relationships.
- Identify the right stakeholders within an agency (PD leadership, Investigations, Captains, Majors, Lieutenants) and bring them into the room.
- Help solidify the Multitude sales playbook including messaging, discovery frameworks, and deal structure.
- Provide regular feedback to leadership on pricing model, product fit, and GTM strategy.
- Partner closely with product and leadership to communicate customer needs, field insights, and emerging opportunities.
- Represent the voice of law enforcement customers in internal discussions.
- Maintain accurate pipeline tracking and forecasting in HubSpot.
- 5+ years of sales experience in GovTech and/or early-stage startups (preferred).
- Prior experience selling into law enforcement, police departments, investigations units, or government agencies.
- Prior industry experience is a significant advantage.
- Demonstrated ability to build your own pipeline and run full-cycle sales without heavy inbound support. Strong track record of closing deals in fast-paced, early-stage environments.
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to build trust through empathy and understanding of field challenges.
- Comfortable with extensive travel (up to 60%). Passion for building the sales engine at a mission-driven, early-stage company.
- Existing network within police departments, investigations leadership, or public safety organizations.
- Experience in GovTech, public safety technology, or regulated environments.
