You’ll craft a strategic roadmap and outline clear objectives, all while ensuring high-value growth and a strong return on investment for Dyson Sales. Key Responsibilities
- Develop annual strategic business plans to drive profit, growth, and activation with distributors.
- Achieve sales and gross margin objectives in line with budget requirements.
- Efficiently manage the sales planning cycle and promotional budget to ensure maximum return on investment.
- Ensure high execution standards for the Dyson brand both online and in-store.
- Optimize shopper and consumer understanding through effective category management and data analysis.
- Drive E-Commerce performance on distributors’ websites, focusing on traffic, conversion, average basket, and sales.
- Build joint business plans and compelling customer proposals.
- Regularly organize face-to-face meetings and quarterly business reviews with customers commercial teams.
- Work closely with internal teams to successfully implement initiatives negotiated with clients and ensure organizational alignment.
- Influence both internal and external stakeholders to drive results and maintain effective relationships.
To Succeed, You’ll Need
- Spanish native level
- Proven track record in high-profile account management, preferably in the electronics or retail sector.
- Experience delivering sales targets and managing promotional budgets for multiple product lines.
- Familiarity with retail market operations and category management.
- Degree preferred; beauty or electro channel experience is a plus.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and influencing abilities.
- Strong strategic planning and analytical skills.
