The Role

You’ll work across sales, marketing, and client strategy, supporting real campaigns, outreach, and growth activities.

This is not a passive internship. You’ll be involved in actual work, from researching companies and markets to supporting outreach, analysing businesses, and helping execute campaigns.

You’ll see how leads are generated, qualified, and converted, and how marketing and sales work together in practice.

Work Pattern

  • Primarily office-based in Madrid
  • Structured working hours with flexibility over time
  • Hybrid potential after initial period

What You’ll Do

  • Research companies, industries, and target markets
  • Identify potential leads and opportunities
  • Support outbound outreach (LinkedIn, email, research prep)
  • Assist with campaign planning and execution
  • Help organise and track leads in Monday.com
  • Support preparation for sales calls and client meetings
  • Review websites, content, and performance as part of checkups
  • Assist with content ideas and basic marketing tasks
  • Work across sales, marketing, and account management teams

  • Your research is accurate and useful
  • You take ownership of tasks and complete them properly
  • You improve quickly with feedback
  • You stay organised and don’t lose track of work
  • You’re proactive, not waiting to be told everything

What You’ll Learn

  • How outbound sales actually works
  • How marketing drives lead generation
  • How to analyse businesses and identify opportunities
  • How client growth strategies are built
  • How internal systems (CRM, reporting, workflows) operate
  • This is a foundation for roles in:
  • Sales (BDR / Account Executive)
  • Account Management
  • Marketing and strategy

  • Strong communication skills
  • Curiosity and willingness to learn
  • Organised and reliable
  • Comfortable using tools and learning new systems
  • Interest in sales, marketing, or business growth
  • No prior experience required. Attitude and effort matter more.

Progression
