Account Manager, Entertainment Marketing & Advisory

Strong existing relationships with talent representatives, commercial agents and managers is key to success in this role.
The ideal candidate has entertainment marketing experience that includes celebrity and talent partnerships, product integrations, promotional partnerships, product seeding, account team leadership, as well as a passion for pop culture, entertainment and technology.
You are organized, responsive, detail-oriented, always 'on it', and thrive in a fast, fun, environment. Prior agency, network or studio experience is required.
- Talent project management including research, vetting and drafting recommendations for talent targets.
- Oversee (lead) execution of talent deliverables.
- Experience working with major brands (working closely with brands/marketing teams, in-house or in an agency capacity)
- Interact with and provide day-to-day communication with clients, talent reps and third party vendors/partners.
- Participate in the development and execution of customized programs that meet client objectives.
- Assist with the creation of talent and partnership recommendation decks to support initiatives.
- Management of research requests and data pulls for talent and partnership vetting and reporting.
- Develop a network of relationships across the industry including agents, managers, publicists, and talent-direct.
- Bachelor’s Degree
- A minimum of 5 years of consumer/brand marketing experience at talent, PR or marketing agency.
- Experience working with brand clients, internal teams and other agency partners.
- Strong project management skills and the ability to multitask multiple client requests.
- Established relationships across the talent and entertainment industry.
- Talent partnerships/booking experience is required. Must be interested and have knowledge about pop culture, entertainment & celebrity culture.

- Proficient in PPT, Keynote and Google Slides. Familiarity with social/creator analytics tools like Captiv8 and CreatorIQ is a plus.

Per local requirements and in the interest of transparency, the rate shown below reflects the prevalent current hiring range for this position. Hiring pay rates are based on a number of factors, including location and may vary depending on job-related qualifications, knowledge, skills and experience. Hiring Rate Minimum
$62,625 annually (minimum will not fall below the applicable state/local minimum salary thresholds)
Hiring Rate Maximum
$83,500 annually
