Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role in Cincinnati, OH, for a Sales Account Manager. The primary responsibilities include maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, managing accounts to ensure customer satisfaction, identifying new sales opportunities through lead generation, and delivering exceptional customer service. The Sales Account Manager will also collaborate with team members to develop strategies for client retention and revenue growth while effectively communicating solutions tailored to client needs.


Responsibilities:

  • Identify new customer opportunities.
  • Cold Calling
  • Maintain and build long-term customer relationships.
  • Review component and labor costs, as well as generate quotes.
  • Collaborate with the Production, Purchasing and Engineering Departments.
  • Monitor status of assemblies, projects, lead times, and tracking information on individual components.
  • Implement plans to grow new and existing customer accounts.
  • Provides monthly KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) reports to the Sales Manager


Qualifications

  • Account Management and Customer Satisfaction experience to build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Customer Service to address client needs proactively and effectively
  • Lead Generation skills to identify new opportunities
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Salesforce software
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Strong Communication capabilities to present solutions and collaborate with team members and clients
  • Strong organizational skills and an ability to meet deadlines
  • Proactive mindset with a passion for driving client success and business growth
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a closely related field is beneficial
  • Prior experience in sales, account management, or a related field is a preferred
  • Experience in Industrial Manufacturing is a plus

  • Base Salary: $40,000–$60,000 annually
  • Commission: Uncapped, with $100+ total earning potential based on performance
  • Bonuses: Performance based - quarterly bonuses
