👉WHAT DO WE NEED? 👈

• Deep Martech expertise and hands-on experience
• Comfortable and familiar with data: Data modelling, orchestration and creating engineered datasets for the consumption of platforms
• Understands and can plan implementations for concepts such as ABM, CXM, Lead to Revenue and Marketing Attribution
• Solid B2B marketing experience, preferably with experience in the high-tech, manufacturing, business services sectors
• A strong background working with and transforming marketing data, including integration of multiple systems within marketing and sales use cases.
• 5+ Years of working in a multi-platform Martech environment for B2B, with focus on MAP as a minimum
• Certification in relevant platforms such as Google Analytics, B2B Marketing Automation, SFDC, or ABM is highly beneficial.

👉WHAT WILL YOU DO? 👈

• Define reporting and analysis requirements to drive business outcomes, such as aggregating anonymous visitors to accounts, mapping customer journeys, and optimizing conversion rates.
• Develop a strategic roadmap for activating ABM personalization tactics across web channels, focusing on content governance, channel relevance, account identification, and more.
• Craft executive-ready dashboards to provide rich customer insights across accounts, incorporating both sales and marketing data.
• Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) in MAP, CDP, CRM, and other relevant technologies, with a deep understanding of ABM, lead scoring, attribution, and multi-channel orchestration.
• Establish a center of excellence for owned domains (e.g., Lead Management, Customer Intelligence) to inform Martech capabilities and identify technology needs.
• Utilize web and application development teams within the Martech infrastructure to enhance automation, user experience, and business intelligence.
