Title: Software Engineer

Duration: Long term contract

Schedule: Onsite M-F

Location Tucson, AZ (relo assistance available)

Clearance: Secret (This is a Must Have Requirement)

Payrate: $115K-$155K (Depending on years of experience)

Inight Global is supporting a large, multi-year engineering effort in support of a large Aerospace and Defense client. Our team is currently hiring across Electrical, Mechanical, and Systems Engineering skillsets.

Factory test delivery experience highly valued for this role.

What You Will Do:

• Design, develop and integrate object-oriented software applications using C#, C++ in Microsoft Visual Studio in a Windows Operating System (OS).
• Prioritize and handle multiple software engineering tasks concurrently.
• Troubleshoot software and test equipment instrumentation.
• Work in a multidiscipline engineering team environment .
• Develop and derive requirements for software products .

Qualifications You Must Have:

• Master’s or Bachelors Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM).
• This position requires 12 months or more of professional experience (excluding internships).
• Experience in developing software applications using programming languages including but not limited to C++, C#, and Python.
• Experience with Windows Operating System and Microsoft Visual Studio is required.

Qualifications We Prefer:

• Experience in utilizing debugging tools to troubleshoot software implementation and ensure integrity of the software products
• Knowledge in common computer hardware interface and data protocols such as TCP/IP or UDP
• Knowledge of software development lifecycles, such as Waterfall and Agile
• Knowledge of Software Configuration Management principles
