You will report to the Hiring Manager, who emphasizes a leadership style that values collaboration and proactive engagement with team members. The manager seeks individuals who possess energy and enthusiasm, encouraging a culture of partnership and shared goals within the team. This role is set up as a hybrid position, requiring the new hire to work in the office three days per week while also allowing for flexibility to work remotely on the other days.
This position does not require any travel but there will be occasional customer facing meetings.
Your Role
- Achieve performance targets related to customer retention and new opportunity identification within the assigned territory.
- Collaborate with the field organization to develop and implement territory and risk mitigation plans.
- Engage with customers to drive renewals and upsell opportunities through proactive communication.
- Maintain and nurture ongoing relationships with customers and channel partners.
- Conduct customer calls and prepare by researching customer inventory and develop the pricing strategy.
- Manage administrative responsibilities related to customer accounts and renewal processes.
- Participate in cross-functional projects to enhance subscription management and renewal sales processes.
- Demonstrate strong negotiation skills and contribute to high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken.
- Strong negotiation and problem management skills.
- Experience in maintaining customer relationships and lead qualification.
- Interest in IT infrastructure and their outcomes, with proficiency in Salesforce and Excel
- Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and channel partners.
- Energy and enthusiasm in customer interactions.
- Intellectual capacity to understand business dynamics.
- A minimum of 2-6 years of experience in customer success, renewal sales, or account sales.
