We’re hiring a Lead Developer to lead a small Agile development team and drive the design, development, modernization, and support of enterprise court technology applications. This role combines hands-on full-stack development with team leadership responsibilities including mentoring, code reviews, sprint planning, performance evaluations, and timesheet approvals.
Key Skills & Experience:
• 5+ years of software development experience with 1+ year in team leadership/supervision
• Strong experience with C#, ASP.NET Core, ASP.NET MVC/Web API, SQL Server, and Angular/TypeScript
• Experience modernizing legacy applications (AngularJS to Angular, .NET Framework to .NET Core)
• Hands-on experience with Docker/containerization and microservices architecture
• Knowledge of SSRS, Power BI, SignalR, IBM MQ, REST APIs, and enterprise integrations
• Experience with Git/TFVC, Agile methodologies, CI/CD, and code review practices
• Strong debugging, performance tuning, and problem-solving skills
• Experience with AI-assisted development tools/workflows is a plus
• Public sector/court technology experience preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field preferred
