About the Company

CyberHire.ai is partnering with a fast-growing SaaS company that provides small business software designed to help local businesses manage customers, operations, and payments more efficiently. The company serves small businesses across multiple industries and is continuing to scale its sales organization nationwide.


About the Role

This is a full-cycle Account Executive role focused on driving new revenue within a defined territory. You will sell a small business SaaS solution directly to business owners and key decision makers.

The role is primarily outbound and built for hunters. You will be responsible for generating your own pipeline, running demos, and closing new business.

This is a fully remote position, with flexibility to manage your own schedule while maintaining strong activity and performance standards.

Performance is measured entirely on revenue generated, not number of accounts or licenses.

There is a clear six-month promotion track for top performers.


Key Responsibilities

Own the full sales cycle from prospecting through close

Focus primarily on outbound prospecting (approximately 80 percent outbound, 20 percent inbound)

Run discovery calls and lead your own product demos

Close new business and identify upsell opportunities over time

Manage pipeline, forecasting, and CRM activity

Maintain a strong presence through outreach, networking, and referrals

Follow defined sales processes, cadences, and operational expectations


Target Customer

Small businesses across multiple industries

Typically one to seven employees

Owner-operators and key decision makers

Short sales cycles, often days to a few weeks


Training & Onboarding

Structured onboarding program designed to ramp reps quickly

Initial training is live and interactive

Ongoing coaching and support from sales leadership

Clear performance benchmarks tied to advancement opportunities


Work Structure & Requirements

Fully remote role

Must be comfortable managing a high-activity sales environment independently

Strong self-discipline and time management required

Ability to operate in a fast-paced, performance-driven culture


Qualifications

1–2+ years of sales experience

1–2+ years in a full-cycle closing role preferred

SaaS or SMB sales experience is a plus

Proven outbound or hunter mentality

Strong organization, communication, and time management skills

Comfortable selling to small business owners
