Our challenge

We are seeking a highly experienced lead engineer to built scalable UI applications with reusable components and enterprise design standards. Integrated REST APIs and improved application quality through testing, CI/CD, and cloud-based deployments


Additional Information*


The base salary for this position will vary based on geography and other factors. In accordance with law, the base salary for this role if filled within Chandler, AZ is $110K - $115K/year & benefits (see below).



The Role

Responsibilities:

  • Lead frontend architecture and development of a large-scale enterprise platform using Nx monorepo, Micro-Frontend architecture, and Module Federation, enabling scalable, independently deployable applications and streamlined team collaboration.
  • Develop scalable and high-performance UIs using React 18, TypeScript, HTML5, Tailwind CSS, WCAG standards, ShadCN UI, and Radix UI, creating reusable component libraries and enterprise design systems.
  • Diagnose and resolved UI defects, layout inconsistencies, and usability issues in existing applications, while building interactive UI components and reusable frontend modules, improving application usability, visual consistency, and overall user experience.
  • Implement advanced state management strategies, effectively handling client-side (local/UI state), global state, and server-side state, using Zustand, TanStack Query (React Query), and Context API, ensuring efficient caching, synchronization, and predictable data flow across complex applications.



Requirements:

  • Expert proficiency in React.js (hooks, context, component architecture, performance optimization)
  • Strong command of JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript
  • Advanced experience with HTML5, CSS3, Flexbox/Grid, and responsive design
  • Hands-on experience with modern build tools (Vite, Webpack, Babel) and package managers (npm/yarn/pnpm)
  • State management expertise (Redux Toolkit, Zustand, React Query, TanStack Query)
  • Proven ability to design scalable, reusable UI architectures.
  • Expertise in frontend testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress/Playwright)
  • Experience driving test automation and quality gates
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and release validation
