What will you be doing?
As an Account Executive, you will identify and qualify sales opportunities, present our award‑winning software solutions to medium‑sized enterprises, and manage the full sales cycle. Your responsibilities will include:- Identifying new prospects and supporting the growth of existing customer accounts
- Managing complex sales cycles using a consultative, customer‑focused approach
- Planning and delivering presentations that help prospective and existing customers understand how our solutions address their business challenges
- Working closely with pre‑sales engineers and cross‑functional colleagues to progress and close opportunities
- Communicating new product developments to prospective and existing customers
- Participating in remote and on‑site customer meetings
- Collaborating with teams across different territories and office locations
- Managing opportunities generated by the Account Specialist team
- Contributing to the planning and execution of sales campaigns to support account growth within your territory
- Maintaining an accurate and up‑to‑date pipeline of opportunities within the CRM system

The following experience and capabilities support success in this position:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 4+ years of relevant sales experience
- Experience in the software or technology sector
- Experience engaging with senior business and technical stakeholders
- Professional working proficiency in Dutch and English
- Commitment to achieving and exceeding agreed performance objectives
- Willingness to learn and develop new skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a highly collaborative team
- Proactive approach to identifying and progressing opportunities
- Clear, effective communication and active listening skills
- Ability to adapt confidently in dynamic situations
