About the Role

We are looking for an Account Executive to help introduce Healink AI to dental practices and drive new customer growth.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, presenting solutions to business owners, and closing deals. You will work directly with the founding team and play an important role in expanding Healink’s presence in the dental industry.


Responsibilities

Pipeline Development

  • Identify dental practices that can benefit from Healink AI
  • Conduct outbound outreach via calls, emails, and online channels
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline through outreach, referrals, and industry engagement
  • Track and manage opportunities using CRM or internal tools

Product Demonstrations

  • Lead product demos for dentists and their teams
  • Clearly communicate the platform’s value and impact on practice growth
  • Address questions, concerns, and objections throughout the sales process

Closing New Customers

  • Own the full sales cycle from first touchpoint to signed agreement
  • Guide prospects through pricing, contracts, and onboarding
  • Maintain consistent follow-ups to move deals forward

Relationship Management & Account Growth

  • Build strong, long-term relationships with dental professionals
  • Act as a primary point of contact post-onboarding
  • Identify upsell and expansion opportunities within existing accounts

Reporting & Sales Tracking

  • Maintain accurate records of sales activity and pipeline progress
  • Provide regular updates on performance and revenue opportunities
  • Collaborate with founders to refine strategy and improve outcomes


Qualifications

  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Comfortable presenting to decision-makers, including practice owners, office managers, and treatment coordinators
  • Familiarity with dental industry workflows and operations
  • Ability to manage multiple opportunities and follow up consistently
  • Self-starter with an ownership mindset
  • Thrives in a fast-paced startup environment
  • Previous experience in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles preferred
  • Experience in dental practices, dental technology, or healthcare strongly preferred
