What You’ll Be Doing
- Drive new business by prospecting, developing, and closing deals across Solera’s full suite of solutions.
- Leverage cutting-edge sales technologies to manage your pipeline and maximize productivity throughout the sales cycle.
- Build and execute strategic account plans to unlock revenue potential.
- Deliver accurate sales forecasts and meet or exceed quota targets.
- Present Solera’s value proposition through compelling product demos, events, and targeted campaigns.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution and customer success.
- Partner closely with Customer Success and Support to maintain high levels of client satisfaction.
- Champion customer success and long-term partnerships.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 2–3 years of successful B2B software sales experience, consistently meeting or exceeding quota.
- Proven track record of selling licenses or subscriptions to large, complex organizations.
- Strong negotiation skills with stakeholders at all levels, including senior management and C-suite.
- Experience managing a sales territory and owning the full sales cycle.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-moving, performance-driven environment.
