React JS Developer

About The Role

Company is expanding its digital engineering team to enhance and maintain customer-facing web applications. This role will focus on building high-performance, accessible, and secure enterprise web solutions that deliver a seamless user experience across platforms.

Key Responsibilities

The React Developer will design, develop, and maintain user-facing features using React.js and Redux. The role involves ensuring applications meet WCAG 2.0/2.1 accessibility standards, writing clean and well-documented code, and supporting both new feature development and legacy system enhancements. The consultant will collaborate closely with product managers, UX designers, and engineering teams to define, design, and deliver new functionality. Responsibilities also include troubleshooting and debugging issues, conducting performance analysis and tuning, and optimizing applications for speed, scalability, and reliability.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of overall software engineering experience
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with HTML, JavaScript, and CSS
• 2+ years of experience developing enterprise web applications using React JS and Redux
• 3+ years of experience implementing and supporting WCAG 2.0 and/or 2.1 accessibility standards
• 1+ year of experience working with SDL Tridion content management system
• Strong experience with Node.js, Webpack, and modern front-end build tools
• Proven ability to write clean, testable, and maintainable code in an enterprise environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with application performance analysis and tuning
• Familiarity with Windows or macOS development environments
• Hands-on experience with unit testing frameworks such as Jest, Enzyme, Jasmine, Mocha, Chai, or React Testing Library
