Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position for a Business Development Manager. In this role, you will develop and manage client relationships while identifying staffing needs and generating new business opportunities within the healthcare industry. You will work closely with recruiters to align client demand with qualified healthcare talent.
Daily responsibilities include building relationships with healthcare organizations, qualifying job requirements, negotiating rates and terms, and driving new account development. You will play a key role in expanding market presence and ensuring a high level of service and client satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare clients to ensure satisfaction and long-term partnership
- Drive new business through outbound activity, including calling, networking, and relationship building
- Identify and qualify staffing needs, creating new job opportunities for the recruiting team
- Negotiate rates, contracts, and service agreements to maximize profitability while meeting client expectations
- Collaborate closely with recruiters to deliver qualified healthcare professionals to client organizations
- Utilize CRM/ATS systems to manage accounts, track activity, and maintain accurate documentation
- Conduct regular account reviews to assess performance and identify growth opportunities
- Maintain consistent communication with clients regarding staffing needs and service delivery

Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in staffing, recruiting, account management, or B2B sales (healthcare preferred)
- Proven ability to develop client relationships and generate new business
- Experience negotiating rates or service agreements
- Proficiency with CRM or ATS systems and standard business tools (Outlook, Google Suite, etc.)
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience preferred
