As a Sr.Sales Executive Finserv on our Ad Sales team in Mexico, you will use your experience selling digital advertising solutions to large advertisers and their ad agencies in Mexico to successfully grow and scale the domestic revenues. Through client-side and agency relationships, a consultative approach and understanding of the digital advertising landscape, you will act as a strategic partner to your assigned brands or clients and sell a broad range of advertising solutions that will ensure that their business goals are met. You will further use your cold-calling, networking and prospecting skills to identify, develop and manage new accounts or brands that will complement our existing roster and help you reach your personal revenue targets. As an individual contributor, you’ll be supported by our operations team and will benefit from working alongside the leadership team that has charted our explosive growth.

Basic Qualifications
- 10+ years of B2B sales experience
- 7+ years of digital media ad sales experience
- 5+ years of B2B sales across fortune 500 advertisers and agencies experience
- Experience closing sales and revenue generation
- Experience working in the Financial services sector, or with financial services clients.
- Proven track record of success in digital advertising sales, with demonstrated ability to grow and scale revenue within the financial services vertical.
- Deep understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem, including programmatic, display, video, and data-driven solutions.
- Established client-side and agency relationships within the financial services industry in Mexico, with the ability to act as a trusted strategic partner to senior stakeholders.
- Strong consultative selling skills with experience developing tailored advertising strategies that align with client business objectives.
- Demonstrated ability to prospect, cold-call, and develop new business while managing and growing an existing book of accounts. Experience working cross-functionally with operations and leadership teams in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Fluency in Spanish and English preferred.
