TITLE : National Account Manager / Product Manager (Jacobs chuck)

REPORTS TO :Worldwide Sales Director of Jacobs Chuck


I. PURPOSE OF POSITION

  • Act as the Technical Bridge between North American (NA) key accounts and our Global Engineering Center.
  • Develop deep technical partnerships with client product departments to ensure our roadmap aligns with their future needs.


II. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Technical Liaison: Lead in-depth technical discussions and design reviews with the product teams from US-based customers to maintain and grow all US clients’ relationships.
  • Product Planning & VOC: Gather "Voice of Customer" (VOC) and market insights to help our Suzhou engineering team plan future product development and R&D strategies.
  • Strategic Alignment: Translate complex customer requirements into actionable technical specifications for our internal engineering teams.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with R&D, product management, and quality teams to ensure the successful delivery of new product programs.
  • Sales Support: Work with Suzhou sales team to manage the key accounts and ensure the sales objectives achievement.


III. QUALIFICATIONS

  • Engineering Background: Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field is highly preferred.
  • Industry Expertise: Proven experience in the Power Tool industry, specifically within engineering or product development departments.
  • Product Knowledge: Hands-on experience or deep understanding of Drills, Impact Wrenches, Ratchets, or Nailers is a significant advantage.
  • Communication: Exceptional ability to lead technical conversations and influence stakeholders across different regions (US and Asia).
  • Strategic Mindset: Able to connect market trends with technical capabilities to drive innovation.
