Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Web Developer & AI Automation Apprentice to join our dynamic team at PTC Inc. This role offers a unique opportunity to blend web development skills with cutting-edge AI automation, contributing to innovative projects and solutions.

Job Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain responsive and user-friendly web applications using modern front-end and back-end technologies.
• Implement and integrate AI-powered automation solutions to streamline internal processes and enhance product functionalities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define technical specifications, and deliver high-quality software.
• Participate in the entire software development lifecycle, including planning, coding, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of existing web applications and automation tools.
• Research and evaluate new web technologies and AI automation frameworks to identify potential applications within the company.
• Document technical designs, code, and procedures clearly and concisely.
• Support the resolution of technical issues and bugs in web applications and automation scripts.

Job Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong foundational knowledge of web development principles (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
• Familiarity with at least one modern front-end framework (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js).
• Experience with a back-end language and framework (e.g., Python/Django/Flask, Node.js/Express, Java/Spring).
• Basic understanding of AI/Machine Learning concepts and principles.
• Exposure to automation tools or scripting (e.g., Python scripting, RPA).
• Proficiency in version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a strong desire to learn and adapt to new technologies.
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal, in English.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
