With a single integration to our platform, enterprises deploy connected devices across 200+ countries on cellular connectivity (from 2G to 5G) manage fleets via our connectivity management platform (CMP), and secure data with flexible routing options.

Our (e)SIM powers programs for Airbus, Worldline, Toyota, BMW and Air France : from aviation and mobility to industrial IoT.

Context


In an organization divided by markets, you will join a team dedicated to growing global markets focused on international projects. This team divides business development by world regions, and we are looking to penetrate companies in the southern Europe region.


Your mission

  • Open & grow strategic accounts in Iberia, Italy and selected Balkans markets, focusing on key verticals, i.e.: mobility, transport, industrial and smart‑city use cases.
  • Win complex deals by aligning technical and business stakeholders on global connectivity projects: coverage, performance, security and total cost.
  • Scale pilots into multi‑country rollouts, then expand with routing, security and analytics services.
  • How do we sell ? A structured, consultative cycle is : problem framing → technical discovery → pilot → contract → rollout. Typical cycles are from 3 to18 months, multi‑stakeholder (Ops, Engineering, Digital/IoT, Procurement / C Level)


    Your impact

    • Open & grow strategic accounts in Iberia, Italy and selected Balkans markets, focusing on key verticals: mobility, transport, industrial and smart‑city use cases.
    • Win complex deals by aligning technical and business stakeholders on global connectivity projects: coverage, performance, security and total cost.
    • Scale pilots into multi‑country rollouts, then expand with routing, security and analytics services.

    Your profile:

    • 3–6 years of B2B solution sales (IoT, telco, connectivity, SaaS, edge/embedded).
    • Evidence of winning consultative deals with technical + commercial stakeholders.
    • Fluency in English + Italian or Spanish (the third is a plus).
    • Curiosity for cellular tech (eSIM, LTE‑M/NB‑IoT, private LTE/5G) and comfort with tech environments – any speciality on a dedicated vertical is a plus


    Our recruitment process

    At Transatel, we strive to have an efficient global process to finalise our recruitments as quickly as possible (around 3 weeks).

    Here are the different stages in the recruitment process:

    - 1st HR contact by telephone

    - Interviews: A Manager/HR interview + one or more operational or technical interviews

    - An online personality test

    - An HR call presenting the offer of collaboration in detail, followed by receipt of the offer by email
