The Responsibilities:

• Drive market penetration by formulating and executing the go-to-market (GTM) strategy to introduce our server brand to enterprise clients and cloud service providers.
• Leverage ecosystem networks of local System Integrators (SIs), Value-Added Resellers (VARs), and Tier-1 Distributors to build a robust, high-yielding channel ecosystem.
• Own the sales lifecycle to proactively source, qualify, and close B2B sales opportunities.
• Gather intelligence on competitor pricing, lead times, and product gaps to help refine our localized value proposition.
• Partner with channel marketing team to draw promotion activities and device marketing plan.
• Execute marketing initiatives with marketing team to maximize brand awareness and brand image.
• Provide training for internal teams and external customers.

The Requirement:

• A high-energy sales professional who thrives in a startup or market-entrant environment.
• "Hunter" track record with 5–8+ years of enterprise B2B sales/business development experience within the IT hardware, server infrastructure, storage, or networking space.
• Ability to influence and build productive cross-functional relationships with internal and external partners.
• Highly adaptable and able to handle multiple projects/priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Good written and verbal communication skills with attention to details
