The Role

You’ll take ownership of a portfolio of 50–100 existing customers, focusing on both retention and growth. This is a commercially focused account management role where you’ll be working directly with business owners and key decision-makers.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing contract renewals end-to-end
• Building and maintaining strong customer relationships
• Ensuring clients are achieving maximum value from the platform
• Identifying upsell and expansion opportunities across accounts

This is a high-visibility role where communication, confidence, and commercial thinking are critical.

What You’ll Bring

• 2–4 years’ experience in tech sales (SDR/BDR ready to step up or junior AE/AM)
• Exposure to NetSuite, ERP, or broader business applications
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and competing priorities
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-growth environment

Package

• $100K base + $150K OTE
• Typical deal size: $25K–$30K
